During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and date of birth. False or incomplete information provided at registration may result in your account being suspended or terminated without any compensation.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the dwpo89 support team via live chat or email. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal after review is complete, subject to compliance with all relevant conditions.
